Green Mango Smoothie

Green Mango Smoothie
Happy Sunday!
This is smoothie is perfect for beginners, it is not only delicious, but it is also so easy to make. You only need few ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • 1/2 cup of coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup of ice


Directions:
  • Add ingredients in the blender and enjoy!
Notes:

You can also add a table spoon of Chia seeds for some omega 3.
