Ingredients:
1 Quinoa pasta
1 Cup of Black-Eyed peas( previously made)
1 Onion
2 Tomatoes
Yellow and green peppers
Garlic
1 tbsp. Olive oil
Salt
Directions:
- Prepare pasta as indicated in the box. In a medium sauce pan add olive oil, sauté onions , garlic, tomatoes, peppers for 5 minutes on medium/high heat.
- Add black-eyed peas and cover for 3 minutes.
Add mixture to the pasta and enjoy!
