Ingredients :
1 cup of kale
1 one Apple
3 stalks of celery
1 frozen banana (this is optional, I like how it gives it a ice cream texture)
Half of lemon or lime
1/2 cup of frozen pinneaples
1/2 cup of coconut milk (optional) or water
Add two table spoons of grounded flaxseed for extra fiber.
Directions:
- Add all ingredients in the blender. One quick tip, I blend the greens first then I add the fruits, it makes the texture better.
