Overnight Oats Parfait |
Ingredients:
Oatmeal
- 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup of old fashion oats
- Honey
Toppings
- Granola
- 1/2 apple
- Homemade applesauce
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients for the oatmeal in a small pot, bring to a boil. cook for 3 minutes until the oats are thick.
- Add the fist layer of oatmeal to your Mason Jar, then add your Chia seeds, applesauce, and granola.
- Repeat with remaining oatmeal, applesauce and granola.
- Top with fresh apples, store in the refrigerator and enjoy your parfait in the morning.
