A quick and easy lunch, for those days where you don't have a lot of time and you need an easy and delicious lunch.
Ingredients:
Lettuce
Cherry tomatoes
Cucumber
Morning star black bean burgers (my favorite brand)
A low calorie dressing
- Put lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and cucumbers in a bowl, add your favorite dressing.
- For the veggie burger, I add a little bit of water to a sauce pan to heat them up.
Serve and enjoy!!
