Detox Green Smoothie |
This is an easy morning smoothie, it is full of vitamins and antioxidants. It is perfect way to start your week and give your body a break from all the chocolate, cookies, and Valentine's day dinner that I know, we all had. The ingredients of this green smoothie are packed with vitamins and minerals that are going to help us feel great.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- Handful of Kale
- Handful of strawberries
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 of a ripe banana (I used my frozen bananas)
- Flax seed
Directions:
- Add coconut milk, kale, and cucumber to a blender. Blend until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Add strawberries,banana, and flax seed. Blend on high speed and serve.
