Grilled Tilapia & Avocado Salad |
Ingredients:
1 pound of Tilapia
1 Lemon
1 tbsp of Garlic powder
1 tbsp of Onion powder
1 tbsp of Olive Oil
Salad:
Baby Spinach
Avocado
Cherry Tomatoes
Almonds
Your favorite salad dressing
Directions:
- Preheat grill
- Add all your seasonings on both sides of the tilapia fillets.
- Place fillets on the hot grill and cook for 5 to 6 minutes over medium/high heat.
Notes:
You can also marinate the tilapia the day before for more flavor.
